During a hypnotherapy session, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and focused attention. Your hypnotherapist will then use various techniques to uncover the real problem that is usually deep rooted. Once we have the root cause, we discuss this and why it's relevant to the problem you're faced with today. Then, we'll go through reframing techniques which supports your desired lifestyle, creating and solidifying a new you. After the session, we'll continue to work together through the use of recordings, psychological follow-ups, worksheets and aftercare packages to support you during your session package and provide long-term tools for prolonged management afterwards.


Yes, virtually anyone can be hypnotised as long as they're willing to be hypnotised and have the cognitive ability to follow instructions. It is a misconception to assume you're not in full control, being hypnotised is a deepened state of relaxation but you're very much in control and can decide to stop whenever you want. Hypnotherapy is safe.


Yes, Psychology Room is fully insured via BGI (premium insurance) to practice mobile in the UK, Europe and Globally. We take clients globally both in-person (therapy room, at home sessions) and online sessions (subject to terms). We endeavour to accommodate every clients' individualistic needs, creating a session package specific to you.


Yes, Psychology Room makes sure to ask vital questions during the intake and discovery calls. We ensure we know everything necessary about you to accomodate a specific and tailored session plan which aligns with your religious, sexual or cultural background.
