• I store client data only for the duration of their treatment and for up to 30 days after their final session.

• After this period, all personal information is permanently deleted unless you provide explicit consent for your data to be used for research purposes.

• Any data retained for research will be strictly anonymous, and all personal identifiers (name, contact details, etc.) will be removed.

4. Data Security

I have robust security measures in place to protect your personal information, including:

• All client records are stored in locked, secure folders that only I have access to.

• Digital data is protected using firewalls, enhanced security features from iCloud+, and additional security from GoDaddy.

• Access to digital records is secured through two-step verification and strict authentication protocols.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data I hold about you.

• Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information.

• Request deletion of your data after your session(s) conclude.

• Withdraw consent for data retention at any time.

6. Sharing Your Data

• Your personal data will never be sharedwith third parties unless required by law (e.g., safeguarding concerns).

• If you consent to research participation, only fully anonymised data will be used, ensuring your identity remains confidential.

7. Bookings and Payment System

· I use Square as my secure online payment and booking system.

· When you make a payment or book an appointment, Square collects and processes your payment information securely through encryption.

· Square may collect data such as your name, email address, billing details, and payment method in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

· I do not store or have direct access to your full payment details—this information is handled securely by Square.
