Step-by-Step Guide

1. Booking your Free Discovery/Consultation Call

Your journey begins with a complimentary discovery call. During this 30 minute consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and whether RTT hypnotherapy is the right fit for you. This is your opportunity to ask questions and understand how our services can help.

2. Risk Assessment

For your safety and well-being, we conduct a risk assessment before proceeding.

• If necessary, we may require confirmation from your GP or other medical professionals to ensure it’s safe for you to undergo hypnotherapy.

• This step ensures we are working in alignment with any existing treatments or conditions.

3. Booking Your Session Package

Once we’ve confirmed your suitability, you can help you select the session package that best fits your needs.

• Packages include: single sessions or multi-session options (e.g., 2, 3, or 6 sessions).

• Payment is processed securely, and we offer flexible payment options to suit your circumstances ensuring accessible care.

4. Receiving Vital Documentation

After booking, you’ll receive an email with essential documentation, including:


• Legal Agreements: Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy.

• Consent Forms: To confirm your agreement to treatment.

• Session Brief Forms (intake form): To help us understand your background, challenges, and goals.

• Debrief Forms: For post-session feedback and reflections.


Please review and complete these forms promptly to ensure we’re fully prepared for your session.

5. Completing the Intake Form

To help us tailor your sessions and understand your unique needs, we’ll work together to complete the intake process.
    •    Step 1: Sharing Availability
You’ll provide your preferred dates and times for completing the intake form, ensuring a smooth and convenient process.
    •    Step 2: Discussing Your Background
We’ll explore key details about your personal history, challenges, and goals to ensure your sessions are customised to your needs.
    •    Step 3: Clarifying Expectations
We’ll outline what you can expect from your sessions and answer any questions you may have about the process.
    •    Step 4: Reviewing Key Details
Together, we’ll confirm all the information you’ve provided and ensure everything is ready for your upcoming sessions.

6. Your RTT Session

Each RTT session is tailored to your unique needs and includes the following steps:

1. Induction: Relaxation techniques to guide you into a deeply focused state of hypnosis.

2. Exploration: We identify and address the root cause of your challenges, using techniques to reframe and release limiting beliefs.

3. Transformation: You’ll receive a personalized, empowering recording designed to reinforce your new mindset.

Sessions typically last 90–120 minutes, and you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and empowered.

7. Follow Up Treatment

Your transformation doesn’t end with the session. We provide ongoing support to ensure lasting results:

• Personalised Recording: You’ll receive a recording to listen to daily for 21 days, which is vital for embedding new neural pathways.

• Follow-Up Calls: Pre-scheduled calls will take place on specific days (e.g., Day 7, Day 14, and Day 30) to review your progress and address any questions.

• WhatsApp & Email Support: You’ll have access to ongoing communication for additional guidance and encouragement.

8. Worksheets and After-Care Packages

To support your long-term success, we provide an aftercare package that includes:

• Worksheets: Practical tools to help you build emotional regulation, self-discovery, and resilience.

• Go-Away Reading Document: A personalised guide to continue your journey toward emotional and mental well-being.
